NEW WORLD MUSIC THEATRE Β· Tinley Park, IL Β· Not Part of a Tour Era 1.0

Set 1: Birds of a Feather [5:46], Farmhouse [5:21], The Moma Dance [10:58], Runaway Jim -> Arc -> Down By the River [19:04] notes β†—, Moonlight in Vermont [4:08], Will the Circle Be Unbroken? [2:51] > Amazing Grace [5:41] > Uncloudy Day [3:22]
Set 1 total: 57:11 8 of 10 timed

Timed portion: 57:11 across 8 of 10 songs β€” a floor, not the show's length.

Times come from phish.in and are shown only where one track maps to exactly one song. Segued songs are often released as a single bundled track carrying one duration for several songs, and a song played twice in a set can't be told apart β€” those get no time rather than a made-up one. 2 of 10 songs here are untimed for that reason (or because the show isn't on phish.in at all).

Notes

This single set performance was part of the annual Farm Aid benefit concert which also included Hootie and the Blowfish, The Del McCoury Band, Brian Wilson, Wilco, Martina McBride, Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, and Neil Young. The set featured the Phish debuts of Arc, Down By the River, Moonlight in Vermont, Will the Circle Be Unbroken, and Uncloudy Day (although Will the Circle Be Unbroken was also played during the November 19, 1994 β€œParking Lot Jam”). Trey teased Old MacDonald Had a Farm and Dave's Energy Guide in Runaway Jim. Neil Young sat in from Runaway Jim through the end of the set; Willie Nelson and Paul Shaffer sat in during Moonlight in Vermont through Uncloudy Day. Four Native American dancers came onstage before Will the Circle Be Unbroken. Circle featured Willie Nelson on vocals. Amazing Grace was performed for the first time since December 31, 1996 (115 shows) and included instrumental accompaniment. Trey teased 2001 in Uncloudy Day. This set was broadcast live on Country Music Television, though the beginning of Runaway Jim was cut from the broadcast.
